Complaint Letters that Get Results is designed for anyone who feels that they’re getting the runaround, being taken advantage of, or simply given unsatisfactory service and wants to make it right. You'll learn how easy it is to get what you need by communicating clearly, succinctly, and forcefully—if necessary. Topics include how to write standard business letters for filing complaints as well as writing letters of commendation for a job well done.
